Upon an approval, we will install a quality new roof on your home.
THE PROCESS
Upon obtaining an insurance company approval, SkyHigh will install a new roof on your home. We will take care of all the details. If, for any reason your claim is denied, we will re-schedule another adjuster meeting requesting a staff adjuster and supervisor be present. We have a 98% approval rate the second time around. After an approval, we will proceed with installation. Since this may be unfamiliar to you and may be the first time you have filed a claim, we sit down with you and explain the entire process from inception to completion. We set up the delivery date and point of drop for the dumpster and all materials. Our highly skilled crews will be arriving on that same morning ready to go to work on your behalf. Our crews are very cautious and respectful of your property; we take into account your plants, vegetation, and landscaping as well as your safety. After every job is completed, our crews comb the entire work site as well as the rest of your yard with metal detectors to ensure no nails will be left behind.
Once the job is completed, we will perform a thorough walk around inspection with you, the homeowner, present to ensure your complete satisfaction or to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
TIMELINE FROM BEGINING TO COMPLETION
Upon receipt of funds, you will be put into our production schedule. Normally, it's just a few days out until we start installation. In the event of rain we will schedule installation accordingly.
